Very satisfied with this electric bike. Good build quality, powerful motor and smooth riding experience. The seller provided patient support, shipment was on time. Well-packaged without damage. Highly recommend!
Quality：: Bike received in new condition but has a major range issue. 1st test (PAS2/Tour) gave only 34km. Two other tests (flat terrain, mostly PAS2/Tour) gave 54km and 53km before showing 0 range. I had to pedal home with a heavy bike.The supplier claims this is normal for the Ananda M100 motor and 20Ah Samsung battery. However, the "empty" battery tested at 47.4V and 46.3V right after cutoff. This means half the energy remains inside but is unusable due to a major system/BMS malfunction. Other users of this same bike model report ranges of 120km to 135km in PAS 1/2.The seller refused to take responsibility for this defect and only offered a ridiculous $100 refund outside the platform via PayPal to hide the problem. Avoid this store.

Sorry to hear the ride range does not satisfy you. This ebike is with Ananda M100 48V500W motor with max 130 N.M and 45KMH speed, excellent performance for slopes and hills, so ride range is little shorter than other 500W motor with around 70 N.M torque.
You sent us battery lab report, it proves our battery is OK. Right now motor and display all work well, only shorter range than you expected.
Note: Range depends on numerous factors including, but not limited to, terrain, rider weight, tire pressure and weather conditions.
